It is important to heat the ceramic case very well with them so that it is fully involved in the cooking process. This will take 20-25 minutes. Ceramic holds heat very well inside the grill (better than metal) and acts on the ingredients with heat waves that are reflected from it. This gives the dish a special juiciness. And if you bake something for a long time at a low temperature, then you can even periodically turn off the gas burners.
