Scholars Walk
Heard of Scholars Walk? It’s an intelligent new place to live near Denver University. With a million dollar price tag (per home), a private elevator for each 5 story home, impeccable finishes, and endless views from the individual roof top patios, the branding and marketing was essential.
We worked with the Scholars Walk developers, Realtors, decorators, and investors to create a full suite of marketing materials including the logo, web site, a 40 page hard bound book, multiple printed collateral pieces, and several correspondence pieces for prospective buyers.
